Yorkshire Wildlife Park (owner): We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your visit and didn't get to see as many of the animals as you had hoped. Our animals have access to their habitats throughout the day, but they are free to choose where they spend their time, and some may be less visible at certain times.
